Probably spent in the vicinity of 70 millions trying to roll crit chance on gloves and rings 
because I want crit chance to be as near as 40+ as possible before slapping frotstbitten.

I’m starting to question if this is even possible at all.
Crit chance used to be a priority affix you could roll reliably until they nerfed it a couple patches back. 
No need to roll super high crit chance on Rogue. You get a lot crit chance from passives / skills.

Im Still using My Attack speed, 12% Crit chance gloves lvl 63. The have Flurry on them and im a TB rogue, I rolled the crit a few weeks ago, Im lvl 80 now, I dont think ill ever get a Crit chance, Attack speed glove with TB…
They drop all the time at 100. You can also target farm them with both Obols and Shards of Hatred.
I literally vendored at least 10 crit chance, attack speed, TB in last 3 hours just from drops. As my builds gloves are very niche and Ive already got multiple Crit Crit Chance, Attack Speed, Attack Speed on Dodge,TB Rolls.
