During second weekend of the beta I killed ashava multiple times but I just unlocked mounts and there is no ashava trophy
Same here but I played on PC for the server slam, completed the kill at character level 20 and the mount trophy is missing from my stable stash.
I tried creating a ticket but the support page redirected me here.
Same here. Can you guys lmk if this gets resolved? I’m kinda bummed I don’t have the trophy even though I reached 20 and killed ashava during server slam.
Killed Ashava during the first open beta. Cant see to find it either 
Same here i guess? I defeated Ashava on the 1st closed beta. Not got the reward. Was it just available for the server slam?
blizzard said beta players would get the trophy then they changed the article without warning

I have the same issue on PC. I played the Server Slam weekend and killed Ashava at level 20 with two IRL buddies. They both have their trophy and mine is missing now that the game is live. Really hoping Blizzard has some records and can fix this bug.
Same as well I did it first week on the first beta. My friend received the reward I didn’t.
Same. I got to lvl 20, my battle.net is linked with my Xbox account, and I beat Ashava many times through the Server Slam weekend and I didn’t receive my Ashava Trophy or my Wolf Pack back trophy.

Same here, killed during the server slam with my friends but I didn’t get mine. Made sure to hit level 20 as well beforehand.
Weird. I managed to kill Ashava during the initial Beta. When the game launched and I got far enough in the campaign I went to the stables, and both the wolf pup cosmetic and Ashava trophy were present.
Hope things get worked out for all who are owed them.

I didn’t get it either, there’s dozens of threads about people not getting the reward, I think they had some serious server issues happening on the Slam.
