Just delete barb from the game

Title . The only barb build that can get anywhere in the pit is mighty throw , and it doesn’t feel good to play . As I barb I want to play melee not ranged , but I guess I should not expect it when I roll a literal god of melee combat .

Guess I’ll just be happy with not capping my glyphs .

What Blizzard need to do is make bash cleave great again. They should bring it back to the pre-nerfed level and I’ll show you what my barbarian can do. The last update has made it better but I need more bash bash bash bash bash.

Barb was glossed over again in the campfire. I am not giving much hope of the patch/ptr notes having a lot more changes in it.

They buff earthquake , turn into fire damage? I just dont get it. Why bothering turn damage into fire damage when there is nothing to do with fire. No dot, no specail debuff etc. Beside , we already got the helmet to turn everything into fire damage. So what the point of any of these nosanse change?

I mean honestly the unique earthquake chest with HoTA sounds fun but fun doesn’t always correlate to being good.

I think the dev with the glasses is a bit obsessed with fire (a closet arsonist maybe?:joy:)

He’s also the guy who introduced the bastard helm…which is all about fire

Also consider (as it has been since the beginning) Campfire does not show all the changes. Patch notes will have more detailed changes. Don’t jump onto conclusions based on the campfire showcase.

People play builds they like to play,not a fan of deathblow. Builds i like don’t do much, barely tier 70 in the pit. Simiple solusion is fix Barb core skills then all build work as intended.

Problem is the make builds like Mt where it would be way to overpowered with core skill damage and never think about how the new stuff interacts with old builds. Barb needs a complete over atm.

Heh heh, yeah I’ve never managed to get Death Blow to “death” anything, it just tickles the mobs/bosses.

barb in D4 is the worst character from all. At least in D3 had fantastic META role for gathering mobs in Greater Rift…but this what is now is a JOKE.

I don’t want to play dust devils again in S7 to make WW viable.

Please just buff the base damage of WW so that we can get more creative with it using legendaries.

If you think barbs are bad try a dorc. I mean sorc…

Barbarian is in a bad state. There are very few viable skills and progressing through higher level pits solo is an absolute nightmare. I am confident the developers do not know what to do with the Barbarian or with other classes outside of spirit born for that matter. At this point, I agree, they should just delete barbarian from the game.

Was just thinking one EASY boost for barb would be to change Heavy Hitter from “your Ult gains 15%(x) per level damage” to “while your Ult is active YOU gain 15%(x) per level damage”

Was just randomly thinking about that skill today because I find it so weird that it doesn’t benefit those who take wotb at all. But yeah, there are so many easy wins they can take with small changes that would help us so much yet they give us nothing.

WotB should deal substantial splash damage on hit while active and increase all damage by 100-150%x - separate from your DwB multiplier.

Critical strikes and kills should extend the duration of all WotB effects.
