Wondering if anyone can help or had this issue. After buying the standard edition i cannot find anywhere in Battlenet for me to actually install/launch the game. I am in the USA and the game shows as “in library” when i go to the store.

the same thing happened to me. I submitted a ticket and they opened it but didn’t help. I will try to dispute and refund the game.
Have you tried restarting your Bnet launcher? That can kick it into updating status flags. If not, try rebooting the PC. I know that is basic, but it closes all processes related to Bnet so starts it fresh.
Oh, I assume you made sure the transaction has completed and is not just pending right?
I have restarted Bnet, restarted my PC, and made sure the purchase shows as complete. Still, nothing showing.
Ok, silly question, do you have more than one Bnet account? Is the one you bought it for logged in to the launcher?
There is also a more extreme account reset that can be done, which is to close the launcher and such. Go to the website and change your password. That forces a full data refresh for the account and normally provides a hard reset.
This thread and post may be relevant if nothing else works.

I do have more than one Bnet account. I bought it on my Apple account but it won’t let me log in to that one so I connected to another account. But it does not show up on the second account and I cannot log into my apple account. Do you know how I can solve this?
