1: so many ultimates are unused or just useless
2: there is still a ton of useless skills, nodes and def a lot of issues with the paragon boards.
3: a lot of keystone nodes are terrible, useless… for example both cold sorc options are completely useless. i use vyrs mastery on my cold sorc just for the DR
4: lucky hit is by and large useless and unreliable or requires far to much investment to even make semi reliable.
5: overpower is wonky and hard to micromanage for basically no payoff and often wasted on trash mobs
6: most skills have odd stacking timers. a full stack should just last forever until its used.
instead of having me try and micromanage stack timers
7: to much of the game is still behind having to be level 100… by the time i am level 100 i am ready to give up a character and move on to either another character or another game all together… i dont want my “grind” to start at level 100… all uber gear, higher bosses, pit, etc are all basically required to be 100. its in theory possible to do it at lower levels its still just a handicap to bother. and i shouldnt be “finding” build defining gear at 100… i should be finding build defining gear around 60-80 mark so i can actually use and enjoy that gear while i am leveling. finding a uber at level 100 after ive already done most/all things… is pointless to say the least. whats the point of finding a shako by killing an uber boss??? if i already have gear good enough to end game… finding a shako isnt really going to excite me at all
8: wps should be carried over. at the very least in a single season. ideally just forever.
9: party finder. at least for some of the harder content. ideally for every dungeon/event/etc
10: generally get rid of “x lasts for x seconds” and make it “your next cast” etc less micomanaging… more action.
11: make manuals unfindable and only drop for side quests. promotes doing side quests which are largely ignored.
12: leave the overworld and dungeons drops how they are… class specific. but make worldboss, pits, cellers, and other spots able to drop all class drops. this gives people who want to farm for other builds an option to farm places and promotes places like cellars and makes them useful. or better yet… after level 100. class specific drops stop all together and anything can drop going forward for any class
13: some skills are just terribly supported… rapid fire… has 1 aspect and all it does it give a % chance to ricochet… woopy doo…
