I was doing a Pit run with my spiritborn and I think I either jumped outside the bounds of a map with either Ravager or the Hunter (I was just mashing my head against the keyboard so). I have a picture of it.

Happened to me using the same set of skills in the open world yesterday. Got stuck under the ground and could not move anymore.
Was able to teleport back to town, but going back through the portal just put me back under the ground.
