I’ve been utilizing the Jacinth Shell item for my build. It will glitch out after reaching 1 HP, and it will stay at 1 HP. It’s supposed to allow for HP on hit, which in it’s own Affix, but it doesn’t do it.
I have a barrier build for it, I still get one shotted, even with the Barrier on and me having Jacinth Shell equipped being stuck at 1 HP. My friend told me that I had a Grave Stone Icon on his Map when I got glitched and stuck at 1 HP.
same problem here. It works a few minutes and then it stucks at 1 HP.

I am also having this problem constantly, however, my friend who also plays with this chest piece have yet to experience it. Guess some are just cursed and others not, not sure why.
I also get this issue occasionally. When it happens it stuck at 1 hp even when all the cooldowns are all ready. Even drinking potion won’t be able to bring the hp higher. After drinking a potion, I can see a fading red color on hp globe, which indicates the hp it recovers get drained away. I suspect the draining effect is lasting longer than it should.
Same. I’ve been using the item for a few hours today, and this has happened twice so far. Everything is off cooldown, but I’ll be stuck at 1 health point. Drinking a potion shows a very faint red hue on the health globe, which appears to drain, and it never brings me above 1 health point. To reiterate, this is with all my abilities off cooldown.
Had this bug at least twice today already. Same as all previous reports; nothing on CD, potions don’t really heal (they show super faint as it drains but HP always remains at 1 hp).
Edit: not even 5 mins after, it happened again, out in open world of Nahantu. No healing from skills works either while in combat.
I have the same issue. I suspect it has to do with Raheir’s Valor skill. Once it happend, the chat read “killed by Raheir”.

I think you’re onto something. I can’t find any other interaction that seems plausible and it’s almost always Raheir showing as the cause of death.
I get this bug even with Subo and the kid so it’s not related to Rahier.
I have found if I teleport out and back in to whatever zone or instance I’m in, it fixes the issue for a while until it happens again. But at least it’s a quick way to resolve it.
I noticed that the bug occurs when our HP drops to 1. If we manage to never fall below 1 by using potions, for example, the bug does not occur
getting same bug. If I’m out in the open and cast anything my health drops to 1 and even potions won’t bring me back up. have to go back to town to fix it.
I wanted to point out the guy who said to masterwork it and it’s fixed… I got mine to rank 8 and it’s not doing it anymore. I haven’t fully tested it. Been speed farming pits. But I’ll do more testing later.
Ive been looking for the past 3 days for this explanation! I also use this chest piece, hopefully it will be debugged soon
