I thought I might make a Razor Wing build using Jacinth shell to reduce the charge cooldown.
After I made a basic setup I saw that all my cooldown skills jumping(meaning the little indicator), and I can use them again pretty fast, but Razor Wings indicator cooldown doesn’t move at all like any other skill with the item effect.
I don’t why is it excluded from the item cd reduction.
Seconding this, and furthermore it also is bugged for Rushing Claw. My build is designed around this, please fix it…
