In Athenaeum Izel asks you to find a conduit. It’s at the desk.
However the desk is searchable before she asks you to find the conduit (it flashes). If you do so, some gold drops (and no conduit). Then after she asks you to find the conduit, you can no longer search the desk, because the game marks it as already searched.
You have to exit the dungeon and try again.

I confirm, this bug is still present as of Oct 26 2024.
Thankfully, as mentioned above, the fix is to simply exit the dungeon, exit the game, then log back in and re-enter the place, it worked for me ( I also disabled cross-network play, just in case as well)

I tried to go back out and go back in to reset it but it still doesn’t allow you to. October 27, 2024
Same for me, I exited the dungeon and game but doesn’t reset it; the desk still show as searched and doesn’t allow you to loot the conduit.

Came here for same issue. 11/3/2024.
I went outside and immediately came back in. Did not work. So I did some random quest and came back later and it finally reset.
Same issue for me as of November 10th. 2024.
Exiting dungeon, leaving session, logging again and entering dungeon - reseted state of it. Again small fight, placing her on piedestal - and THEN searching desk. Works like a charm.
