It is a white/common item, it grants 1 armor and I can’t recycle or sell this. Is this a bug?
What should I do with this item?

That’s really interesting because that item is missing/gone from the game for many people right now.
In my case, ‘Diadem of the Ancient’ (Helm) and ‘Blood Maiden’s Mantle’ (Horse Trophy) are missing from my transmog menu since the launch of the DLC.

I received the item from Zir, it’s a white rarity helm with 1 armor, 1 item power and no stats.
It can not be salvaged to unlock the look.
Oddly enough, I did have this transmog from a previous season, but it’s unavailable for use.
