I lost 2 mystical items and 2 rings after a crash. Why and what happened? I also saved the ashes. They are lying around everywhere. For example, right at the entrance to the training camp. Are my items gone now? Will there be compensation? Or are we players the stupid ones again who paid money for a game in the beta stage?

I did the same thing and lost Starless Skies ring
And what’s that supposed to mean? Is this a bug or was it stolen? Will Blizzard compensate you for this or are you unlucky now? The game doesn’t even deserve alpha status. I would love to have my money back. Disgrace from this company

I didnt get compensated at all. I had 7 uber uniques and forged 2 of them and bought runes to craft new ring which costed me also around 500m of gold.
I guess nobody is taking care of it as we speak.

Everybody who picked up this ashes and lost items should be refunded with same lost item with more Greater Affixes. I think thats fair deal

or simply all those affected a chest with mystical, great values and 4 greater affixes

I had this happen last night and never seen or picked up the Villager Ashes got hit with a D/C when doing Duriel runs and lost a full inventory of items with a Heir of Perdition and a collection of runes from doing over 20 Duriel runs. Sucks big time to lose all the time and items

I agree with you. I’ve probably killed 300 bosses and got 4 mystical ones. A colleague helped me with the torment 4 bosses. Because I only play barb and the mighty throwe needs a few more mystical ones. And suddenly everything’s gone. Now I can only do torment 3 bosses on my own. Because I don’t have any power left for torment 4. I’d be more interested to see if Blizzard comes up with something. It would be a shame if not.
Would be interesting to see if Blizzard does anything to make up for this crash and item loss issue.
we’ll see. it would be a shame. I love Diablo. And the whole lore. I have all the parts. I played the first one in 1996. Then the second one in 2000. it would be a shame if it ended like this. just because you don’t care about the customers
