Items being locked behind class

Not sure if this needs to go in the bug section or if this is on purpose and I missed something. I have noticed on seasonal and eternal that when getting certain GA items it is locked behind the class. Example a ring with GA crit, resistance and life per second is locked to my sorcerer class and can’t be used on a rogue or SB.

Is this happening to others? Does this need to go in the bug department? Does the aspect create this?

The aspect certainly does if it’s class specific.
Change the aspect and you are good to go

Currently, unlike last season, main stat also locks an item to class.

So check

  1. Item is usable by your class
  2. aspect on there is generic or specific to your class (you can change this as needed)
  3. The main stat matches or you can reroll it. eg if INT is on there you can not use it with Druid or Barb it must be rolled off. Why they did this I don’t know.

I’ll check these things; I think it is the main stat change or I’ll try and change the aspect first then see if that will work. Thanks!

Not just main stat, but the max resource and resource per second on legendaries are class specific too.

Good to know, I only found out the Main Stat change when I started an alt. Had not really run across this because I save my “spirit per second” stuff for my druid.
