I updated the game to play the season, created the character and started leveling it up. When I went to sell the items, they are not sold at any NPC and when you click on any NPC for sale, it sometimes opens and closes the tab, other times it opens. and it closes and reopens the window, when I click to sell the item it becomes transparent as if it were going to be sold but then it returns to its original state, the game was repaired and continued the same, today I uninstalled it and performed an installation from zero and the problem persists in all the characters, both as a season and as an eternal one.
are you sure your windows time is in sync?
Thanks for responding, that was indeed it, I had the manual date which was surely out of sync for a few seconds.

i’ve seen quite a few people having this issue and a few mentions here and there about windows time sync issues.
I have had a similar problem. For a while I could not open any NPC merchant to sell goods. Now, more recently I can open the NPC merchant but I cannot sell any items. I also am having difficult interacting with other NPC’s like I cannot buy acid from a merchant to complete a quest. I am also not seeing any world boss info, i.e. when they are coming and where. I can teleport to them if I am teamed up with someone that is at the world boss spawn point but I cannot see him on the map. I would appreciate any assistance or suggestions to correct these issues. It is taking a lot of enjoyment from the game.
Did you try ensuring your Windows Time is correct?
if yes and that didn’t fix it, make a new thread… OP’s issue was solved
