so i was on diablo.trade did a trade and every time me and this guy Accepted it would fail i was like ah may need to relog so we both relogged. he then drops them on the floor i pick up trade 60B over to him and i go to tp to my friend to trade the gloves to him as they was for him and game crash’s so i relog trade gloves to friend and then notice my 2GA gloves masterworked to 12 fully tempered which Makes account bound and marked as favourite is now gone i have photo of my gloves i had. they was there before trade gone after trade. i have photo proof of item marked as fav i also have video proof of item there during trade but gone after crash.
it happened at around 12:30pm-12:40pm either roll back my character or give the item back that is missing either to a bug/glitch the item cost me quite a bit of gold… over 328 hours worth of grinding to lose items Sort this rubbish out!
i lost an item " i did a trade the item wouldnt go into my inventory then the person dropped them on the floor i managed to pick them up trade him 60B then joined my friend to give him the gloves and trade 60B as bought for him well teleporting to an infernal horde the game crashed full crash so i reloaded game joined my friend teleported and afterwords noticed my gloves had gone which meant they disapeared during the crash so i lost a pair of gloves i have a screenshot of the gloves in question All i want is my Item Back!
Oh 2 weeks later still not fixed!! but wait they will release events and add new packs to get your Money but cant even sort issues out. good job dev team GOOD Freaking job…
