Is there a way to see item stats range like in D3? (I could just press the control button and it would show me the range and I could compare with the stat that was rolled for the item) I want to see if my gear dropped in the high/low end of the scale - without going to google.
There is an option in Settings menu somewhere where it lets you see detailed description.

Options > Gameplay > (and straight on the fist page) āAdvanced Tooltip Compareā and āAdvanced Tooltip Informationā.
Just tick it on.
I think I like the control button more.
I keep them both on, ācompareā tells me the overall gain between the two pieces and also what properties you may be potentially losing when switching pieces.
The āinformationā option tells me how good the rng is
