The drop rate of shako is crazily low. It takes about 20 million hours of game time on average. That means you need to play for 2280 years without interruption. If you miss the bug, you miss shako forever. We need a refund or we will be a joke.

Sure itâs bound on the eternal realm. But if I was one of those that got one, as soon as I got done with Season content/Battle Pass etc. Iâd be logging back into Eternal. Wouldnât go âunusedâ I can assure you.
