Issues with the account, need tech support please

I dont know if this going to do any good, but i tried several times on the support page and not getting through.

This account is locked with Microsoft email and no longer in use. Did the same thing on Steam as well on my secondary account too. And i realized i cannot change it cause want a pass code from the email to change it lol.

Been trying to contact someone in Blizzard Supports to fix this, why is it so hard to get help from them???

Well, your only option is to use the support ticket system.

There you basically just click on the blue “contact us” button.

Just as a reminder tho, seeing how its christmas, chances are you might not get a reply within a day. I assume there are people working in the support, but id expect them to work with a reduced staff over the holidays. On the forums, noone will be able to help you, except for providing information.

Yeah every time i hit that contact us, then choose account issues, when get to email part, i gotta goto that email site to get the code to verified that before i can change the email. So i am stuck at this, if automated kick in, asking for code the account will be useless.

So i check the tickets if there any, none. I cant seem to find a way to get in touch with Blizz about this account/email change issues.

Wish Microsoft didnt screwed me over on this email/hotmail or outlook. This is the second times they locked up my account and i cant even get in touch with them either. So basically i could get my ISP to make a additional email for this account. Idk i think some years back, they screwed up my account and had to make another one.

I think the only other option would be to make a new Bnet account and make a ticket explaining the problem. They may ask for multiple forms of ID in the process of getting your account back though, or being able to change the email address rather.

If you’re locked out of your email account, then the only other option I can see is to contact them by phone.
I’m pretty sure their HQ dial number could be found somewhere (like googlemap using their HQ address). Even if it’s not for customer support, they may be able to redirect to someone that could handle your case.

If you go through the account recovery process while not logged into the support site, it will give an option to continue without logging in, thus it won’t use the Battlenet account email to communicate with you.
