I’ve been playing since launch yesterday with a group of friends, while playing I’ve been missing out of conversations or full cutscenes when they activate. I sometimes hear the audio of the cutscene but do not see anything happening. Other times in conversations I see the npc disappear, hear no audio, and then miss out on the conversation.
Please blizzard! This is so annoying. Fix that or at least an option to replay cutscenes and cinematics on the main menu if we got this problem.

This is also happening on PC, we’ve ensured no party members are skipping the cutscene.

Same, group is unable to consistanly watch the cutseens togeather. Nobody is skipping but are unable to enjoy the story togeather.

Happened a couple of times to me tonight. Most scenes played fine, but when my party member activated the cutscenes with Vigo, i just see my party member standing there with an icon of an eye with the play icon above their head. I don’t hear the cutscenes audio.
This was in my world, I’m on pc, he’s on xbox. Sucks that i can’t replay them…

I’m on Xbox. Let make blizzard read this! One of the most expected feature in the game is the cutscenes and cinematics. I got crazy when skipped cutscene for Astaroth. For me it is ok bugs like got stuck here or there, or crashed the game occasionally. But having to look for cutscene in YouTube and gettting tons of spoilers really ruin the first experience of the game.

Having the same issue playing with my girlfriend. Only the person starting the cutscene seems to be able to view it.

Same issue here, playing with my bf and he started a cutscene first but only he got to see it and it just completed the quest for me when it was over 
I had to leave the game and solo the whole story up to that point just to see that cutscene.

Same here Blizzard! Playing with my friends on Xbox and they are both getting the watch the cutscenes and I’m sat there asking them to wait while I YouTube the scene… so annoying! And such a major bug that needs to be fixed NOW

I have the same problem. I play with two other people, one is on ps5 and the other is on pc, both can see the cinematic except for me (stuck seeing the character being afk). At start i was able to see the cutscenes but basically after act 1 it stopped working.
ps: i play on pc

Also having the same issue where as a group sometimes it activates for both and others it completely skips the story and completes the quest without being able to see and having to have our friends recap the cutscenes so we know what’s going on

Got the same Issue when playing with together with friends, playing solo works fine.

Same. Playing solo seems to work just fine it’s just when I’m in a group and I’m like “hang on a sec, lemme pull up YouTube! -sigh-”
I was having this same problem and may have found a temporary workaround. First the issue is basically guaranteed to occur when party members are not close to the npc/event. So make sure all party members are close by when starting quest dialogue. Second the glitch still happens occasionally but if party members are right by the npc they can click on them to start the dialogue themselves (assuming they start it before it ends for the first player). Lastly I find that the glitch also is pretty much guaranteed to occur when a party member is listening to non-mandatory dialogue even if it’s on the same npc.
So basically the workaround is to coordinate with party members on when you want to start dialogue. Let me know what y’all find, maybe blizzard sees this thread and it’s fixed quicker.

Plus one on this. Co op, leader initiates conversation with Vigo, nothing happens for me, at the end the parten had seen the cutscene and I am left with looking it up on youtube
I had this problem playing solo on the PS5. I was trying interacting with a npc to trigger the last cinematic of the game and was stuck with an icon over my head like I was interacting, but nothing was happening. So I had quit out of the game and restart it and then immediately got a trophy for finishing the campaign, even though I never saw the end cinematic. We need a way to go back and see these later like in the other games.
I am still having this issue. I play on ps4, along side two ps5 players and a ps4 player. Ps5 players can view the cut scenes with no issues. Both ps4 players are unable to watch the cut scenes
Same here. 3 players on pc. Please fix, as this is very annoying
