Issue with the Last Cosmetic Item Drop in Dark Citadel

Hello! I’ve encountered an issue in Diablo 4 while trying to collect all the cosmetic items from the Dark Citadel on T4 difficulty. Within the first few hours of gameplay, I managed to collect all cosmetic items except one — the armor. After more than 200 attempts, I still haven’t received this item.

All the other items dropped relatively quickly, but this last one has been elusive. The armor still hasn’t dropped, which makes me suspect that there might be a bug in the item drop mechanic, or perhaps the drop rate for this item is extremely low.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have similar problems, and could it be related to a bug or a very low chance of dropping? I’d appreciate any insights from other players or developers if someone has resolved this issue.

I have both the normal and greater chest armor pieces so they both exist. I can’t find the greater khazra gloves. It would be nice to know if there are any bugs with the dark citadel drops or if this is just RNG playing its intended, yet annoying, role?

Hi. I still have a same issue… strangely a vendor item Sculpted Quaterstaff dropped in the citadell, since around 3 days of constant farming and i’ve got nothing.
missing: normal pants, and greater chestplate, pants Boots.
Any idea whats gonna be a solution?
