Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue with my character progression in Diablo 4. I recently bought the game and created a character to play with a friend. We started playing the story together in his world, with him as the party leader, and we’ve been progressing through the main quests at the same time. However, all of a sudden, the game considers that I’ve completed all the main quests, even though we’re still at the beginning of the story.
When my friend starts a quest, I get a message saying that the chapter is already finished for me, and that I won’t receive any rewards for completing it. This is happening for all the main quests across every act. Additionally, I have access to fast travel points that I haven’t even unlocked or visited before.
I also tried playing in a solo session, but I no longer have any main quests showing up, as if they were all completed. I have no idea why this is happening, considering we’ve played everything together at the same pace.
Is there any way to fix this bug? I’d prefer not to have to create a new character to replay the story.
