Is the Skeleton Priest heal supposed to happen at the end of the buff?

Skeleton Priest (the buff from casting Raise Skeleton after max skeletons are alive) is giving its 10% heal at the END of the duration, not the start. Any priests summoned during this 5 second duration do not heal the skeletons AT ALL, either on cast or 5 seconds later. The wording on the ability does not imply this interaction, if it is intended. This is extremely obvious when using Bonded in Essence 1/3. I have ample video evidence showing this interaction.

It is hard to tell if the damage buff is taking effect, but from my simple tests it seems to be working fine. It’s the heal that is very strange. This is probably why necro skeletons feel so fragile now.

The priest talent heal definitely feels bugged. What Ive seen so far is it doesn’t activate at all during the duration… and then all the pets just jump to full health.

So it does 10% after 5 seconds, and then if you have the points it does 60%. They should just make it heal like 25-30% a second every second after its cast, and give minions a 20% fortified shield with over healing too. So they can survive better.
