Is the PTR down until after the patch goes live next week?

How would I know, I am asking because I don’t know and don’t have the PTR installed.

Ptr was few weeks ago, they only last a week, so next one wont be till it close to s7 time

i wouldnt be super sure about that. they said ptrs arent guaranteed, only if they require more playerfeedback.

Are you trolling? Looks like you live your life on the forums, I am just asking a question so I can determine if I want to install PTR and try the changes before they go live.

true, but I also thought went back on that in one of campfire, saying they want to aim for more as it was really helpful to them.

I don’t know why the option to install ptr is till available. they really should disable it till the next one. having the option their dose send wrong message to people that aren’t always up to date on news

They can always enable it ahead of time like they did for s6 ptr. Which they aloud us to install and updated it few days before it went active. I’m trying to remember if they had the download option disabled between s5 and s6 ptr

Honestly, they should do as you said and ALWAYS remove the option from the dropdown list whenever it is not up (unless it is only down due to maint./crash/etc). Makes no sense to have a UI option in the launcher enabled when the service is known to be down.

i think they did that before. probably just an oversight, or its the special server the media/streamers can use right now.

Well if it is then they should change it. Make a special launcher for the people they want to stream their game, not something that impacts the people who simply play the game.

I don’t think so, and the only reason I say this is because S4, 5 and 6 all added core game changes. I don’t see much other then tweaks coming for S7 myself. I could be wrong though. Keep in mind we never got to test anything related to the Season, only core game changes.
