Is the Edgemaster Aspect still disabled?

Edgemaster's Aspect & Aspect of Berserk Ripping Temporarily Disabled

We have temporarily disabled “Edgemaster’s Aspect” and “Aspect of Berserk Ripping” from the game while the team works to resolve some issues with these specific affixes. Items that currently using these affixes will still be usable but will no longer proc until they have been re-enabled. We will update the community once we release the hold on these Legendary Aspect.

It’s pinned… And it sucks. No ETA. Didn’t nerf them, just straight up disabled them. Terrible fix.
