Is the drop rate of Tempest Roar absurdly low?

Iam 97 and no TR. Plenty of the chests and legs. Kinda gave up on ever finding it.

Until you are in my shoes, please, just sit back and relaxā€¦ I am level 100 w/ 14 days and 2 minutes of game play and still no Tempest Roar. I honestly think that the drop rate is not equal to ALL players. Still will farm to finally get my first one. Love this game, but not getting the helmet is REALLY annoying to no end.

Good luck to the rest of us all who are unworthy of such a beautiful buildā€¦

Because some people, me for one will not be playing seasons and will just be playing eternal.

I am level 94 and playing the Stormclaw endgame build from maxroll. You dont need the TR tonolay it. I just got the crone staff like 3 days ago soni was able to switch from my pulverize build and before that I used the landslide build, both boring to me. I want to play the werewolf nado build but you have tonhave the TR to. Ibhave run so many NM 50 plus dugeons and a ton of the the serpents lair and not one dang TR drop. This is beyond fning annoying.

Level 100, no Tempest Roar. Iā€™ve been doing solely targeted NM dungeons and Helltides since 90.

I like Pulverise but I have been stuck doing it for about 40 levels and it is getting boring.

i am 5 days into level100, about 4 hours a day playing NMD. Tempest Roar never once drop. I have given up hope. Luckily there is the bulwark build that is viable.

I think the devs. inadvertently coded it such that 8f you get bear helm 1st, that all you will ever. get, and TR is taken off your loot table.

I have 14 bear helms as well and 0 tr

there is definitely a correlation between near helm 1st and TR

itā€™s seems if you get a bear helm 1sr you will never get a tr

no crone, no tempest roar

meanwhile 15 iterations or more of all other druid uniques

Barbarian items never had an effect on Tempest Roar drops.

And as of 0526 EST I just got my third TR.

I got one at level 68 and actually screamed when i got it. Iā€™m nearly level 88 now and have ran many more dungeons since and havenā€™t seen it again. I play with a friend who also plays druid and he hasnā€™t seen one yet either, though heā€™s not going for the werewolf tornado build.

I must be really lucky. I have a few of these in my bank. I donā€™t use them cause I need a good 1hander and off hand which seem to never drop the right stats.

What luck. I had exactly 0 unique helmets drops. (but I did get unique drops though, like the fists of randomnessā€¦)

Iā€™m still without at level 98. It would help my build sure, but Iā€™ve learned to make do without it. You wonā€™t find my build in any guide which is why itā€™s not nearly as stressful for me as for others,

Does that mean I am stuck until I get it? Sure but only stuck from pushing high level NM dungeons which is something you do after level 100 anyway. I am still more concerned that the game has such a narrow path towards clearing a T100 dungeon that we have to shift to one of 3 builds to actually get there. It removes any sort of creativity and originality and makes the game feel very plain. 37 flavours to choose from and they are all vanilla.

Donā€™t forget salty. Thereā€™s plenty of that flavor.

Iā€™ve got several TRs, but Iā€™m avoiding using it because it doesnā€™t fit what I want to do in the first place. Iā€™ve got ideas on builds, but none of them involves being a caster in a fursuit. Maybe if I finally get tired of it all and just want an ezmode clear of something, Iā€™ll switch, but until then, Iā€™m with you on the builds: Too many people stressing out over a rare item, thinking they are owed it for some reason, or it is bugged, or they literally canā€™t play without it. Maybe Druid isnā€™t for them.

Edit - As of 1043 EST I got a 4th Tempest Roar.

After being a mediocre zookeeper with anger management problems I decided I wanted to be an elemental shapeshifting werebeast also with anger management problems.

Iā€™ve got something here I think, but needs that final puzzle piece to test.

And for what itā€™s worth I just got another hunters zenith and mothers embrace from the same dungeon (Conclave)

Itā€™s hilariously bad at this point, but again no stress here. Itā€™s only needed mostly to power up 2 defensive skills as a means to spread poison more effectively.

I just logged off in disgust. level 86 here, check my previous authored post about why this sucks for Druids and only Druids.

Going to take a break from the game till at least Thursday and see what the S1 Dev review contains. Then Iā€™ll decide if I want to continue to play this game I truly love and enjoy but refuse to support when systems such as broken uniqueā€™s not dropping. To many Druid players have tried and failed to acquire the Tempest Roar helmet and not have it drop to call it anything other then a bug. No other class relies on a specific unique to make a build. I do know one thing I will never play a Druid again because of these overly reliance on a specific unique to make work.
