When I spend 102 mana (3 x CL casts) I don’t see an extra form … Am I missing something?
It does work, most of the time the extra cast goes to a random target not one your aiming for. I’ve had it shoot behind me cause a jar was closer than the nearest enemy. Also the bonus cannot hit the same target as the triggering cast, so it’s kinda moot on bosses that don’t have adds.
One last minor thing is sometimes the visual for the bonus cast piggybacks the main cast making it look like a single bolt of lightning.

Seems to be working. A second lightning can be seen upon casting the 100th mana CL.

Seriously? How do we know this, it’s not explained in the tooltip at all. If true that would make the entire enchantment completely worthless. Not that it matters too much rn because CL viability falls off dramatically as early as mid game and we’re forced into the lame Ice Shards or Fire Wall builds.
