Anyone else feel like it isn’t functioning the same as it was before all of these recent hotfixes and “rollbacks”?
it definitely isn’t the same. I play whirlwind barb and often have to stop spinning and switch to using basic skill in order to get the barber effect to actually trigger, it’s incredibly annoying in gameplay.

You know, it was broken from the beginning and stealing damage from other players and got fixed 2 patches ago in 1.1.1?
I’m seeing something similar with my rogue. It’s not playing the same at all.
