So I got that last night and decided to try it out on a barb.
When I got to level 35 I equipped it and my attack power actually went down? An 800 ipower weapon on a level 35 made my attack power drop. I don’t think that’s supposed to happen unless they changed how weapon DPS shows on attack power.
It also makes my dot damage invisible occasionally so I don’t know how much I apply until it they’re just dead from an execute.
I also can’t tell if its giving me berserking or not. I don’t really see it trigger on it’s own. I know it’s a lucky hit but I never see the buff go up.
Berserking doesn’t poc at all with my Druid and I have 100+ licky hit chance.
Update, it does proc, but it has a very long cool down. Likely the same cool down as on a bard. Not sure if things that decrease cooldown will help, I’ll check
Have you guys noticed it doesn’t seem to boost Andariel dmg? My poison ticks are so low I can tank Torment 4 but can’t kill anything…
After much testing and glyph leveling to around 25 (bane and tracker for example that specifically boost poison dmg) I think there is no hope for a shattered vow druid. The dmg ticks reach almost 700k per second which is super low compared to a rogue andariel and that’s with 100% lucky hit on my basic attack.
It’s definitely bugged. Just respecced to a max DOT SB with Andys and Vow…it doesn’t seem to help Andys poison for one but more importantly I am watching mobs life bar go to even 1/4 of poison damage even and still no execution. Wasted mythic
I’ll try it our on season 7 - I’m thinking doing a heavy potion build and if Vow works, it will be gold!
