Is resource generation working?

I found a ring with 10% resource generation, I had 100 spirit out of a possilbe 117, I put the ring on thinking that it would fill my spirit up to 117 but nope still just sitting at 100. Does the resource generation stuff even work? Anyone else getting their resources built up with resource generation?

i would assume that it makes natural ressource generation 10% faster — as the bone spear and bone spirit build has no natural spirit regeneration it gives you 10% of Zero.

I have about 48% resource regen and instead of 10 mana per second it says I get 15.
I haven’t actually tested to see if this is true.

I don’t know how druid resource works, but isn’t it similar to Barb? You have to use a skill to generate it or something… Try something that generates 10 resource, does it now generate 11?

Thanks, that makes sense. Was hoping it would generate spirit.
