Hand damaged and shakes a ton. Wondering if mouse click macros are allowed before I even try it as I dont wanna get suspended/banned whichever.

Gotcha. Time off from D4 it is then 
maybe try a controller? can recommend the xbox one, works like a charm, I have issues with my wrists

Shoot. Ill give it a try. I dont wanna fall behind.
After playing a Hota barbarian for 200+ hours… I completely understand the desire; but yeah it’s a no-no… Now as a Sorcerer I just use a single mouse button and can hold it down for rapid casts. Soo much better on the fingers. 
Though you do see (a few) streamers using them, no one clicks that fast and uniformly while clicking on the ground to walk.

Though this reminds me… a bit ago I caught wind of people talking about the “num lock” macro still working in d4 and that it is also used in past diablo games. Nothing needed at all, it’s just a trick of turning the num-lock on and off… it’s like the game was built to do it. I don’t know, I’m just personally staying away from automation.
Could be referring to using scroll button on the mouse bound to force move? It might seem a macro is used but it’s not.
