Is Memento Mori bugged?

I tried to replicate the bug and it’s still there.

Basically skirmisher sacrifice should grant me 5%+3%(memento mori) = 8% crit chance.

When I sacrifice cold mage, the 3% crit chance from memento mori is missing as shown in my video.

Can anyone confirm that this is still bugged as of 1.1.1?

Leave town and then check worked for me then, Being in town seems to bug stats

You’re right tho, if I’m out of town, it seems to work. :smiley: Very strange.
