Is Lillith still failing to spawn drops after defeating?

I just defeated Lillith without any drops spawning from her. Is this still a bug? Frustrating

I too just defeated her on T4 with no drops or spark. All I got was the achievement for defeating T4 Lilith.

Its not a bug. She is not supposed to drop anything. You get a spark for killing her the first time but thats it. No drops.
