Ive done it a few times and it seems you get some cosmetic badge which it disappears after a week ?
I mean is there really any point?
The rewards are also not worth it.

It’s a trash can thrown by the Blizzard again and they hope players can waste their time in there and increase playing time for D4.

You get two mount trophies for top 100 if you have never gotten it before (Conqueror’s Crest). Each season has an exclusive mount trophy. S4 was Blazon of Victory and I can’t remember S5’s currently.
In my opinion they are some of the better looking cosmetics that you can earn.
I mean do the run-points accumulate ?
I get around 60kpoints but people there are already with 400k +

Top 10-50 or so is more competitive. I hit 101 in one run last week, peaked at about 33 last season.
It’s a different strategy is all, you have to maximize speed, idols/shrines, and large group pulls.
Guantlet is a lot of fun but they need a loadout system before I go back to it. It for the most part requires different gear and build to be competitive.

Off topic-In your whatever you’re at now uber count this season have you managed better than a 3 GA shako? Trying to gauge my unicorn today.
Loadout would possibly help, idk I don’t really change much honestly. Like last season I used the 2 GA amulet from the faction in Gauntlet to get my rank.
I ended the season with around 45ish with 250 runs. Lost count. Unfortunately only got a 1ga shako but it did land on cdr.
My friend got a 4ga ross and ive been jelly all season.
PTR ruined S5 for me.

I had an HP/Armor/CDR 3GA shako drop this afternoon. Did crit the CDR twice on MW and am not sure I want to gamble for 3 crits.
Yeah if I crit on something 2x I tend to stop. For whatever reason tho S4 and S5 my ross 3x on the stat I wanted. All other items I tend to get 1 or 2 of what I want.
I hear you. Usually if there is a stat I want I’ll gamble on the first tier till I hit. I got lucky with this one and got the CDR back to back. I figure 5% isn’t that big of a deal anyway.
It was probably the most exciting drop I think I have ever managed in the game.
Last season I landed a bis 3ga offhand with 2x perfect tempers and 3x mw on what I wanted. Sadley in S5 when they changed the temper values i lost my perfect bis item.
But to date its the most exciting item ive had.

I think its fun. It keeps me entertained for an hour a week. Rewards are good for class uniques. Gives titles too.
gautlet is very rewarding for the people that plan on playing at least 1 alt.
You clear the gautlet with your main, open the boxes with your alt and win 925 gears equipable at level 55.
It will probably not be so great at s6 and beyond
