Started a Barbarian for the season. I have been looking for “Bold Chieftan” aspect and I still have not found it… Level 63 Tier 4…

Been using 1.2 one until level 90++, only recently get 1.7, 1.7 & 1.9 after level 100.
So far only 3 usable ones (1.7, 1.7 & 1.9) gotten. Did received few 1.1 and 1.0 but since it is worse than the codex, its insta salvage
The 1.2 from codex is good enough.
not too bad. they didnt stop dropping for me until the 70s. havent found any 1.9s but lots and lots of 1.7s

I was ‘lucky’ enough to find a 1.6 one drop early on in the 20’s. That one had to carry me for 40 or 50 levels before the next one at 1.3 dropped where I felt comfortable enough to finally upgrade rings. Have since had one more 1.6, 1.9, and 1.2 drop. But yeah, it’s pretty rare.
The fury generated per shout one I think is pretty rare too.
I think Umbral is more rare than Chieftan, but that’s not really a barb concern, just an observation if you have a baseline for how hard Umbral is to find already.
I think what is happening is in Helltides, everyone goes for the Mystery Chests for 100% result. I popped a lot of ring chests to get mine.
Out of curosity how many umbrals did you find in the same period hitting all those chests?
about the same number. I didnt really keep track of those (I had some already in the bank). Yeah anytime I need a specific piece I go for the chests and target my obol gambling on it until it drops. you would be surprised how a little elbow grease can lube up the RNG for you.
I found exactly 1 Umbral and have been using a level like 35 item for the past 50ish levels since it such a significant amount of Fury with how often Penitent, Stun, and Hamstring proc.

I am HoTA and do not use Shouts so thankfully I do not need Echoing Fury or Bold Chieftains. Hamstring does proc Umbral as it falls under the Crowd Control umbrella.

Any of them work fine (the +fury when shouts are up or you are zerking). You dont really use a lot of fury. DS refunds your money when you hit stunned/knocked down targets.
you can trade rings as long as you dont reroll them right? i can save some lol. I just got a 4 fury per sec one. you guys can friend me. I can hook ya up. Goes for all my BarBros here. Capstone help, high NM carries, whatever. That can be my D4 endgame, lol.
Unfortuntely I think all legendaries are account bound. (so are aspects) So trade = only unrolled yellows. Insert eye roll here.
@apache222, maybe you can be on call when I run into a rogue in PvP zone. Lol.
I was just in the pvp zone. Got some season journey stuff hehe. That giant monster boss guy event goes down pretty quick to ripping bleed. They should either open up the trade or just remove it. Or better yet make an AH.

Relentless Fury and Starlight are the best for non-shout builds.
they should add rings in the red dust vendor. get maybe 100 chances an hour lol
