Yes. They are fixing the animation evade bug so perhaps thats the silver lining for you?

Mr. Sweaty Maxroll Blue Hoodie Guy seemed fairly confident when he said he wouldn’t get banned for using it when asked about his Evade gameplay. I know content creators have a direct line of communication with Blizzard, so I’m guessing he asked them, and they said it was fine.
The latter statement I made is purely a guess, and was never explicitly stated. In any case, it’s a moot point because that functionality is getting patched out on Thursday.
Well I’ve asked them in the past and they have blatantly told me, “One move one click”.
He wont get banned. This is like Call of Duty. They support the streamers cheating and program the back end code for them to get insanely high drop rates. Its a scam.
Then it’s a technicality of how the macro works. I had no plans on playing the Evade build, so I never personally dug into it.
What he is describing is a macro that automates the scrollwheel clicking faster than humanly possible. That is beyond the one move one click rule.

Since the SB Evade build is now considered a bug, doing so will make you a bug abuser, potentially subject to suspension.
Rob flat out had his followers duping mats and then inviting him to parties with evidence on stream way back in 2023 and nothing happened to him but being featured on Bliz websites and pages, his viewer count exploding, and making $$$ hand over fist.
Streamers are immune. Can literally do whatever they want.
All streamers wont get banned if they find they are using a known cheat. They want the streamers to bring people into the game. Same with Call of Duty. They allow the streamers to cheat because they get people to play. When you have an online only game, you can “code” the server to your will.
Yes but nothing will happen to you. Razor synapse software offers all the macros in the world and people use that all the time without any issues.
get a good mouse. you should be able to unlock your mouse wheel with a good mouse and spin it freely. I can flick my mouse wheel and come back a minute~ later to it still spinning. Logitech g502 is what I recommend.
You can just use good logitech mouse, some have physical switch to make wheel move without resistance and it can move very fast, spinning half of minute. Using mouse available for years isn’t against TOS IMO.
And mouse like that is great for scrolling crap posts on this forum for example 
Thats the reason i asked just seen a short of Robs where hes obviously using a third party program to click faster
