Is Ingolith a % chance to drop when complete a pit level?

I just completed a 86 Pit and at the end received some legendaries but no Ingolith, is this a % chance to drop or a bug?
edit: forgot to mention, there was no chest

Your timer ran out.

And anything above Tier 61 gives Neathiron, Ingolith is below 61.

Altough you can convert Neathiron to Ingolith.
