I know it was turned off, but it is not greyed out on the game so I don’t know if it is working yet. I got a close to BIS crossbow and threw a 38/40% Edgemaster on it, but I can’t tell if it is working.
It doesn’t feel like it is working at times, but would like a good way to tell in game. I feel like it isn’t cause my rogue definitly feels like I am struggling a little against some thicker enemies with penetrating shot, but would like if someone can let me know.
There are not been any response from Blizzard since they turned it and Berserk ripping off. Sad really, They are not the best at communication with the player base on anything other than them turning stuff off or outright nerfing it.
who knows, blizzard is somehow a massive company but can’t hire anyone to do simple PR work.

it’s one thing to disable these aspects for multiple days, but the lack of communication is just appalling. I only found out by pure chance on twitter
