The game runs well on my machine: 12700kf, 32GB DDR4, RTX3090, 2TB SSD. I keep my machine lean. No overlays, not many background apps, no RGB crapware, etc.
Most likely you have some background process interfering. Even things like GeForce Experience can cause issues. I don’t use any of them.
