Because, I keep getting stunlocked, or frozen, or feared. If I wanted to not play my character, I’d go PvP.

…? Is this a troll dude? Obviously the game isn’t a pvp game, there’s 2 trash areas where if someone is a higher level they autowin.
Yea standard things that happen in a PvE game.
Dunno. They asked if it was a pve I said yes. That’s the only thing that is relevant whatever they feel about the combat is their opinion.
I wouldn’t mind something like diminishing returns on some constant cc, but that’s fairly standard in arpgs.
They need to buff defensive affixes and nerf defensive talents on classes (Druid & Barb especially), I think it’s THEN that the game will be more well-rounded for almost everyone in a way
Until then Druid & Barb will “enjoy” a high unstoppable uptime “unfair advantage” to the rest, so yes, in Blizz we hope, and in Blizz we bet 
Most cases the game has a global cooldown where player is affected by Stunlock
D4 doesn’t have that
D4 the second you break out, you can get immediately stunlocked again.
At one point i was stunlocked for almost 30s by the Giant sword gremlin dudes
