As conceited aspect isn’t showing in tool tip, I wonder if it is only a skill buff ? Then it would useless with dust devils, right ?
From the description, the overall damage would increased and not the skill damage. so it should work with dust devils.

It raises your Damage. I think it’s “All Damage” in your attributes, if I’m not mistaken. So yeah, should work on Dust Devils
Like I said, whether or not you got a barrier on, the damages shown in the tooltip remain the same. If it was all damage, shouldn’t we see damage increase ?
You can’t rely on the stat sheet, many bonuses are not counted. Only way to really check is by hitting the dummy or a boss to see the results, and even that you need to do it a bunch of time to see the average and not the low lows and the high highs.

Dude, Conceited has been broken in different ways since Beta. It wasn’t working with Temerity for the longest time. Who knows if it works with Protector, or Soulbrand etc. Multiple types of damage have been reported to NOT benefit from Conceited which is sad.
I actually have a build with Temerity, Soulbrand, Iron Skin, Yens, Undying, +Healing, Andariels, Tyraels, Paingorgers, and Lunging Strike for S5 that I want to make work using Conceited on a 2H.
OP, check your tooltips out of town. They are more accurate when youre not in town
Take off all gear. Slap DD on a White Item and try it.
Hard to say with all those numbers showing. I cannot use dummy as my barrier come from Iron Skin (I need to loose health). For the exact same reason, I always check my stats outside town.
Anyway, I doubt it is working on Dust Devils. Numbers are in the same range with and without Iron Skin, looking at the video I made from a few fights.
