My Bro and our friends have experienced worst latency and crashing issues on D4 especially when playing through Steam. Then almost 2 days ago we saw a full party of Barbs on a Legion event doing exactly the same action/ skills and movements as their lead which obviously seems so Sus. After investigating I found a Botting or as they call it these days “AI Assist” Service Site. I’ve tried to submit info on this via Blizz Support but it seems so freaking complicated that it directed me here on the Forums hence why I posted this topic instead.
unfortunately they do not punish streamers who encourage cheating or duping or do much to dupers overall and just fired a large part of team so its probably hopeless this gets done but keep trying!

Based on the ToS? no.
Based on Blizzard’s actions regarding the current bots, duping, and cheating? Yes.

This was brought up a while ago and it was stated that any assistance from any outside app is against ToS.
Including click-assist software, which it looks like several streamers use. Clearly seen right in their videos.

They wont show to us when they dupe…same as when they buy dupe…yesterday i saw 1 d4 streamer that still posting d4 video say duriel run is not fun…

It’s d4 dev job…same as they showing early access or whatever about how many players die to WB, lilith’s kill, etc…why they can’t track which account that less playing helltides and whisper can sell/run duriels so many time…it same…they just lazy…
well your logic doesnt compute anyway. if i decide to run t80+ nmd and nmv for 925 gear. i can make billions in no time selling 3/4 and 4/4 gear. i can buy all the duriel mats i want with that gold. i can than turn around and sell eggs and shards for profit. never stepping foot in helltide to get said mats. so you calling them lazy for…? your solution isnt a solution

Botting is not allowed in any Blizzard game.
Bots do get banned in waves, just report them and move on.
Sadly, Blizz seems to lean on getting more publicity regardless if it was ill-gotten. Would love to see any vids/ clips showing those streamers using 3rd party apps/ bots.

How do you expect anti botting technology, monitoring, regulation to be funded???
Will be interesting to see how indie studios manage to prevent hacking/ botting and duping. If they can do it in their limited budgets, power and kudos to them!

Third party programs of any kind are not allowed. Doesn’t matter what they do. You can always try your luck and hope the system doesn’t flag your account to be eventually banned in the next ban wave, but that’s up to you. I personally wouldn’t risk my account.
No, but they are allowed to bot and AI you to death nudging you to buy stuff.

If you are a streamer or an influencer, yes. If you are just a normal not fake human. You will be banned.
