grats! solid achievement ^^ i stopped at like 260ish.
It used to be that Legion events were great for leveling and you needed to do these to get Exquisite Blood but now that you get better exp elsewhere (Helltides) and Exquisite Blood has other sources, it’s not a popular option to run anymore.
Also, you cannot see people that are on a different difficulty level. The playerbase tends to advance in difficulty tiers very quickly so you have to move with them or else there’s no one to play with.
The game has eight difficulty levels. You’re playing at beginner level for a game that has been out for a year and half and one which is at the end of a season. If you were playing at the beginning of the season you would still not be seeing many at a legion event because no one really runs those anymore until torment one. I’d recomend staying away from world bosses until that point too. Sorry, but anytime you pop in so late to a seasonal game you shouldn’t expect mass players at the beginners level. It’s not like those events are all that important as you can get great items from the other content in the game and you can do it solo.
I dunno, id argue the opposite for games that are pushed into a grouping format and are seasonal, those types of games minus d4 people are pushing out battle passes for rewards and getting practice in. D4 needs to decide which way it wants to go
Thank you all for your answers. I was a little upset because i couldn’t finish the legion event on my on in given time.
They should’ve change the system so you have more time if you play alone.
I just bought the game on steam and for a new player it was kinda weird that they give you mod in game that you as new player cant finish, and i couldn’t find anyone that was playing legion event. I don’'t know if those legion/world events give you any special loot, that’s why i was upset a little bit.
I like playing alone, i don’t play mmo games. That’s why my opinion is, if you force something in the game, then you have to take in consideration all possibilities, and one is that there will be time when just won’t be enough players to start mmo part of the game.
Cheers.
I’m still playing but I can’t stand legion events. I hardly get to participate in any combat before I just have to get mounted up and go to the next place where I’m not going to be able to kill anything again. I think I would have a little excitement to do them if there was more focus on combat rather than just spamming my mount.
Yeah you picked the worst time to play. A game called Path of Exile 2 came out and finished Diablo 4 off for good. Marvel Rivals finished off Overwatch. Blizz is dead
eventually you’ll be able to do those by yourself, so it’s all good. whatever.
D4 is too big to be “finished off” lol you’ll realize that sooner or later
Somone /cough and mention the D4 killer POE2
Last night I attended a Legion Event and after building my fire etc… no one showed up to join in and I crushed it solo… ya never know, its a casino! Jump in and swim!
I still play all the time. Several times a day. But I rarely play any legion events. I dont know why… I guess to me its just boring when 20 people just stand there blasting at a huge boss that requires zero skill to complete. To me, the most fun is either running through dungeons, the undercity, or random exploration stuff… its alot more fun when you first start out and you have the option to make the game much harder. When you get to the endgame and you are so stacked and tanked that the only thing to do is try and find a piece of gear that will upgrade one little spec on your build or maybe get lucky and find a 4 star piece of gear with the perfect combination of stats. Now all I do is change one setting and play the pit again to see if there is improvement.
they don’t. just playing at your own pace while roaming the helltide will provide you with all the same loot, including lair boss summoning materials.
they all know that but still grind for exp and lair boss loot to gain early access to the uniques.
Seasons over in less than a month. No point in doing anything. It’ll all go to the trash realm anyway.
everyone has moved over to poe2, sorry for buying it now, the game is prety much dead.
Everyone’s playing path of exile 2, ma boi… what Diablo should have been but blizzard is bound by money and doesn’t care for players … just money
Definitely did not think things through. Kinda like those who make decisions about the game.
I just wanted to start DIV but there was an information screen: Sorry. DIV dead. Thou wouldst be redirected into the world of Wraecl… within 30 seconds. Do you want to proceed:
I’ll play again on new season.
I did all i wanted to do in the current season
People play for the first week or 2, a month tops then it starts going down.
