I started my seasonal character. Started getting renown. But every time I claim a reward that says it is going to grant me a skill point, it does not.
I’ve seen numerous bug reports about this from a few years ago. I am seeing it now. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
Did you complete the renown journey before? Do you start with skill points?
It’s not a bug. All you are claiming in season is the bonus listed on top - you already claimed the skill points and bonus health potion charges previously.
The bottom half of each renown reward is permanent to your account. When you accept the reward of any renown after that, it’s only for the top half of the rewards, which is just Gold and Experience.
Oh ok, I get it. I thought that they were specific to the realm (i.e. eternal vs seasonal). So i expected my eternal ones to be permanent but I thought seasonal realm started everything over again. Not those though.

Only specific to Softcore and Hardcore. So if you normally play Sofctore and you switch to the HC realm, you will have to do it all over again.
Thank goodness for small favors. Renown is a PITA! Can’t imagine having to redo it every season
