Is Accelerating Aspect disabled or something?

I’m possitive I don’t have this aspect duplicated in my gear but it still appears in grey. Even if I unequip everything except this ring it still seems disabled.

Check it here, delete the blank spaces:

Just for grins and giggles, do you have another legendary in your Inventory with that Aspect? Or another Aspect in your inventory? Might be a bug.

If you mean equipped, no I don’t. If you mean just another legendary with it in my bag, also no.

EDIT: Anyways, the game kicked me and when I logged back in it was fixed and now it displays the line of the aspect as active. Also my full transmog was gone.
