Please let one of the Collaborations be with Disney’s Snow White and the 7 magical creatures. 
Or with Disney’s Star Wars chars (pick any) and theyr light sabers!
How about a cleave move, like the one from Rob Roy.
Disney is too controlling of their brands. They wouldn’t want to associate with Diablo’s blood and gore.
Realistically, I can see Diablo 4 collaborate with the following:

Fortnite - Regardless of what the Diablo community feels, this is extremely likely and easy for Blizzard to obtain, considering Fortnite already has so many IPs collaborations. Fortnite is also HUGE so advertising to such a large player base would be a big WIN for Diablo 4. Who doesn’t want Unicorn-themed two-handed mace cosmetics, especially since it fits in the Diablo 3 thematic of Whimsyshire!

Magic the Gathering - This card game already (in)famously has collaborations with IPs like Marvel, Godzilla, Spongebob, the Walking Dead, Final Fantasy, etc. It’s extremely likely that Diablo can get a collaboration with Magic the Gathering extremely easily. And best of all, the Diablo franchise fits in the Magic the Gathering world much more better than something like Spongebob. This goes both ways. Blizzard can easily add in cosmetics for the equipment of the various Planewalkers, etc. Maybe they’ll add a Black Lotus banner too!?

Doom - At this point I’m pretty sure this is already guaranteed. The new Doom: The Dark Ages literally has flails, shields, crossbows which can easily be imported into Diablo. Both games are about slaying demons in bloody and gore-filled fashion, so they compliment each other extremely well. Add in the fact that Doom is now available in the Battle.net Launcher, there is no way this won’t happen.
I suspect that these collaborations will just be transmogs for sale in the store. Which is fine, I’m not against that. But it’s not that exciting to me.

The diablo dev have more important things to worry about rather than bad collabs with franchise who also recently failed like D4. Fix the game.

How about a collab with people who know how to make a game rather than an advertisement for the cash shop.
I dont care about colab. Its just overpriced MTX skins.
If they are priced anything like the new pets ill be passing. God knows I spent way to much on MTX as I have every single sorc skin
