Invite error code 316751

I tried to invite my husband to a group but I kept getting error code 316751. He tried to invite me but he said that I wasn’t in the character selection screen, which I was not.

Found a solution to check the auto join party box, but that didn’t seem to help. Didn’t try anything else.

Oh and we are in the same clan, still wouldn’t let us join each other.

I had the same thing and found because I was using a VPN it seemed to cause this… If either or both of you are using a VPN try shutting it off

Thanks for that, we are not on a VPN. We were finally able to join each other, but a couple of weeks later.
