Also this is still occuring today, and for additional information I can continue to complete quests, kill demons and collect loot/gold in the area I’m in so it doesn’t seem like I’ve disconnected I just can’t enter the new zone.
I tried waiting for over 15 minutes at the boundary but this still didn’t work. Fixes appear to be erratic, some times it works when I teleport back to town and try again but not always. Worth saying I also play on PC and never encounter this issue on the platform (same character, connection, etc.)

Happens most often when trying to enter legion event zones both on foot and on horseback. It’s also happens when trying to enter the world boss zones for those fights. Trying to leave towns adjacent to Helltides it also happens frequently.
The workaround for me is to log out and log back in again.
Since the patch on Sunday evening, things have gone smoother for me. No invisible walls [and no more “loading in place” (some loading times were a bit longer than usual, but I always ended up where I wanted to go)]. I hope others experienced the same.

Same issue, zone transition stop working same issue that was in the pre order open beta.
@PezRadar I can share plenty, since it happens like 1,000 times a day, where do I need to send the game clip(s) to? I managed to upload the game clips on my phone from my xbox mobile app. The files are pretty big, and even if there was a way to upload them on the forum, i wouldnt know how.
It seems to be getting worse and worse. The past hour I have had to relog at least 8 times. Xbox Series X.
I can confirm its PC also. I have also seen worms in helltide leave barriers.
Update The invisible walls are back for me as well. I guess I was just lucky yesterday.
As a 25year plus Unix/Linux sys admin and tier 2 high availability application stack support specialist I believe your bug is most likely in your cluster zone transfer code. Add some debug code there. Then document and set up monitoring.
I’m getting invisible walls again too. Couldn’t get to a legion event because of it, looks just like the other videos posted here.
Yup invisible walls have been there since PTR and I included them in my feedback. They are most frequent in Helltides but do occur elsewhere. I’ve noticed they seem to appear a lot where that giant worm comes out of the ground. It’s not the only place I’ve noticed them but I have seen those worms cause them.
Happens to me too on PC - just yesterday while trying to get to a chest in hell tide I couldn’t go down the path leading to it, due to an invisible wall. Tried leaping past it, but just bounced back. I had to go full around the zone and loop from the otherside to get the chest. Very bizarre.
I’m also getting stuck trying to cross into new areas and then I’m stuck. A few times I can’t get off my horse even and I’m just stuck running around. Seems worse in Gea Kul and helltide. Xbox series X with all extra gameplay visuals off.

To me, it seems as if these are two separate issues. The Helltide worm can create walls of the size of the worm in Helltides, while the other invisible walls span a wider area and occur in zones that don’t have Helltides in them.
No matter what - both are still in the game and need to be fixed… together with other issues on console.
I run into invisible walls regularly. Sometimes exiting the game helps, but not always. Sometimes I can get into the area from another waypoint; sometimes the whole area (like a world boss) is inaccessible.

I have the same issue. Sometimes when leaving a town, it won’t let me leave the town. Often when getting close to a legion event, world boss, or hell tide it won’t let me enter that region. In all scenarios the only way to fix is to portal back to town, then immediately return to where I was and then I can move forward. Happens 2 times per hour.
