Could it be that some of these are quest related? Sometimes you are denied entering a location because you either don’t have the relevant quest or because you have not completed the required parts of the quest to get back in the same area. It can also be related to level restrictions. If you are too low level to enter that area, you meet that wall and gave no feedback to why.
