Trying to move on to the next campaign quest “The Rising Tide” travel to Athulua I did the strong hold to unlock the waypoint Xanderos not sure if that caused the problem or not but there are a lot of people that I see that can’t get through either is there a work around or do we know if this is getting worked on?

Go around. TP to the temple of life and walk from there, there’s a back way you can take that doesn’t require going through the city, and you can get through there.

That isn’t the problem. The city route is blocked, of course. But it appears as though the back route is shut by an invisible wall if you do the stronghold there first. That’s a quest progression blocking bug.

Im also having this same problem. It was fine before I finished the stronghold but once I did I could no longer enter the quest area from the stronghold. The city path is blocked so I’m effectively softlocked. Ive tried going back to the mainland, entering and clearing a dungeon, relogging, changing character, completely close the game out, cant continue the story. Fix please

Same issue here; can’t progress the campaign due to the invisible wall, and can’t enter from Temis due to the guards blocking that path.

I fixed it by going to Temis then doing reset all dungeons

Same as me. Ive tried everything but I’m stuck, there is an invisible wall, and now we cant play the game. Completed the stronghold like everyone else. Also of note, there were a good 8 people with me on the bridge that’s blocked unable to get through too. So this issue appears to be pretty massive.

Went to Temis, took the south west exit which leads to a barricade blocking the path out of the city but was able to jump over it as a warlock with the mount’s attack button and that allowed me to reach the quest marker. Good luck.
Still unable to progress 
Pressing ‘Leave Game’ and selecting my char again solved it for me, hope it works for everyone else
I changed my world tier and that did the trick.
