Just got an insatiable fury drop while leveling my druid, Stat on chest says “and you gain 4 [2-5] Ranks to all werebear skills.” But skill tree only shows an increase of 3 to werebear skills.

I’m having the same issue shows I will get +3 to all wearbear skills and I am only getting 2.

I’ve got an Insatiable Fury that says it gives +4 and only gives +3 and a different one that says +4 and gives +4. I hope Blizzard notices this issue and fixes it.

I am also having the same issue can confirm it’s random sets as my spouses set works as stated in the tool tip but mine only gives +3 instead of +4
