Anyone else having this issue and find any workaround? My “A” button is not registering in game so I am not able to even make it past the main menu of the game. Hadn’t even had the game for a day when this started happening.
I’ve changed controllers, reset my game and console, and even removed the game and redownloaded and it’s still not registering. All my inputs work on my controller once I exit back the Home Screen. Seems to be a large issue with this game.
Any suggestions or solutions yet?

As in, it never registers the input, or randomly doesn’t register the input. Because it does that randomly to me from time to time, usually waiting a second works.
And how did you reset the console? Did you unplug the power down the console at the console, unplug the power cable from the back of the console and wait 3 minutes before plugging it back in and restarting your console. Or did you do a soft reset where it deleted everything but games and apps?
If it never registers the input for A, I don’t know what to tell you, never heard of that, on any game. Write and send in a bug report.
I would check your button mapping in Settings and just make sure you didn’t accidentally disable it or change it to something else. You never know when a quick glance at someone walking by while in that menu or something else crazy as heck causes it. Maybe just reset the settings to default and see what happens.
If it persists, head on over to the bug forums and let ‘em know what’s happening.
